Volunteer Your Time

We are always looking for people that work or have skills in various fields that may be able to provide classroom instruction.
Examples: Public Safety Officers for drug training classes or emergency training classes, Medical personel that can give First Aid or CPR classes, Fire Safety, Seatbelt Safety, Hunter Safety, Forestry, Map & Compass classes, Self Defense, Repelling etc.

Parents, we are in need of sign ups for sewing detail, transportation, activity support etc. Please let us know if you are able to assist in any way. This is a great way to fill your volunteer hours!! All help is appreciated!!

The Young Marines is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) tax exempt youth organization dedicated to instilling in its members the ideals of honesty, fairness, respect, and loyalty. We promote physical fitness through physical activities and drill. We are also strong advocates of a drug free lifestyle and provide ongoing drug prevention education. In today’s world, there are many opportunities for young Americans to be led astray into crime, drug use, poor academic performance and other vices. In the Young Marines, peer pressure is exerted toward wholesome ends such as schoolwork, sports, physical fitness and other community activities.

All funding is generated through fundraising events, sponsors, donations and contributions. All monies, donations and contributions go directly to benefit our Young Marines. Without the help of the community and volunteer staff, the program simply would not survive. All donations are tax deductible and recognition for your support is placed in all newsletters and programs.
